Tuesdays are a night for celebrating movement. This meet is for socializing and building relationships through running.

All Levels

Pace groups are as follows:

Flyers - 7:45-8:00

Cruisers - 9:00 - 10:00

Movers - 10:00 - 11:00

Groovers - 2 Mile Run-Walk 11:30- 12:30

Strollers - Walk

“Track Work”

Various Distances
Join Coach Nick Bragman as he tailors specific runs to your individual needs. Workout runs will run in periodized blocks to keep the training varied and stimulating! Alternative to a more intense session, feel free join us on the track for a flat and easy run with great people.

“Long Run Training”

6+ Miles
Runs scheduled on Saturdays are rotational. We’ll run Rockland Park, White Plains, and Tappan Zee Bridge, or join other crews on this day to celebrate running. Please look out for communication below regarding weekly runs. on Instagram.
